Five O’Clock Somewhere is a unique property. Guest have their own free parking space – a must in Sheringham! This is at the front of the property, which leads to a lawned area complete with grillzebo housing a bbq. A comfortable rattan style sofa, chairs and table are on a Yorkshire stone south facing patio.

The property  sleeps two in a huge, comfortable, emperor sized bed, and has room for a cot. It’s a totally self-contained, attached annex to the main house. The gardens and patios are all private. 

To the side, there’s a footpath which leads to the rear, walled courtyard which houses a Jacuzzi hot tub and outside shower. There, the patio door is the main entrance into an open plan lounge and kitchen diner.

The lounge has a large leather, corner sofa. From here, you can view a 70in 3D T.V.  with  a Sky package. There’s a 3D DVD player and a sound bar.  Thermostatically controlled underfloor heating makes the space cosy and welcoming.

Next is the kitchen diner, fully equipped for any meal to be cooked. However Sheringham has so many restaurants and take aways, you’ll be spoilt for choice.

A large selection of books and DVDs are available for loan, including 3D films. The en suite bathroom has a bath-sized shower tray with a powerful Aqualisa drench shower. The towel rail is electrically controlled, there’s a magnifying, lit mirror and shaving/ toothbrush sockets.

Next is the comfortable bedroom, overlooking the front. This has a smart TV. run from the internet.
